Pier 7 Condominium Resort is located in the mid Cape in South Yarmouth. Our convenient location is also quiet, as the rear of the property is surrounded by a marina on the Parker River and side residential streets. You will enjoy our indoor heated pool, lounging deck and another lounging area on a fenced lawn. An exercise room is located in the indoor pool building.
Families will appreciate our playground area and picnic area with propane grills. We also have a hot tub in the pool area and a sauna. You can rent DVD’s in our office for the DVD players in your room, or watch a movie and stay in touch with friends with our free Wifi.
We have complimentary daily beach passes, available with a security deposit. Sea Gull Beach, one of the area’s favorite beaches is just at the end of Parker’s River. Other South Yarmouth beaches are very close by. They are sandy and clean, with the warmer Nantucket Sound water.
